# HobbyMart

> HobbyMart (hobbymart.my) is a Malaysian online marketplace for collectibles: Pokémon, One Piece and LEGO cards, sets, graded slabs and sealed product, sold by verified Malaysian sellers at fixed prices or by auction. Every order is escrow-protected: the buyer pays HobbyMart, the seller ships with courier tracking, and the seller is paid only after the buyer confirms receipt or the 3-day inspection window passes without a dispute. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Operated by HobbyMart Trading (202603196291 / AS0519002-V).

## Rules and policies

- Payment is held in escrow and released to the seller only when the buyer completes the order or the 3-day inspection window ends with no dispute.
- A dispute can be opened from the order while the inspection window is open; HobbyMart reviews evidence from both sides and decides; an approved refund includes the shipping paid.
- All sales are final unless there is a genuine issue with the order (not as described, counterfeit, wrong item, damaged, missing, not delivered).
- Sellers complete identity (KYC) verification before withdrawing funds; anonymous selling is not allowed.
- Deals made outside HobbyMart are not covered.
