Checkout securely - pay by online banking (FPX), e-wallet, or card; your payment is held in escrow, not released to the seller yet.
Seller ships - the seller enters real courier tracking, and your order moves to Shipped.
You inspect - once marked Delivered, you get a 3-day window to confirm the item matches its listing before funds release.
Confirm or dispute - happy? Mark it complete and leave a review. Not as described? Open a dispute from your order detail page before the window closes.
For Sellers
Apply to sell - register or upgrade your existing account, then complete identity (KYC) verification - required before you can withdraw any funds.
List your item - fixed-price listing or auction, with category-specific fields (set, rarity, grading details, etc.) so buyers know exactly what they're getting.
Get notified - a sale (or a won auction) creates a real order; ship it and enter tracking within the reminder window.
Get paid - once the buyer confirms receipt (or the inspection window passes with no dispute), your earnings are released and become available to withdraw.
Request withdrawal - request a payout from your seller dashboard; once an admin approves it, the money is transferred to your bank account.
