Seller Guide
Getting started
Register as a seller (or upgrade an existing buyer account) from the account menu, then complete identity verification (KYC) - your IC and bank details are required before your first withdrawal, not before you can list.
What you can list
Pokémon, One Piece, and LEGO as raw cards/sets, professionally graded items, or sealed product - plus a general "Other" category for anything else collectible. Every listing is a unique, one-of-a-kind item (no bulk/restocking a listing after it sells) with real condition photos.
Fixed-price or auction
List at a set price, or run a live proxy-bid auction (24h/3d/5d/7d) where HobbyMart bids on a buyer's behalf up to their max, eBay-style.
Shipping
You set your own West/East Malaysia shipping fee per listing - the full shipping amount goes to you, it's never a platform cut. Once an order ships, enter real courier tracking; for supported couriers this auto-updates the buyer with live status. A tracking number can only be entered once - contact admin if it needs correcting.
Getting paid
- Your commission is held until the buyer confirms receipt, or the 3-day inspection window passes with no dispute.
- Once released, you can submit a withdrawal request for your available balance.
- Admin pays out and marks it complete.
Exact commission, payment, and listing fees (if any) are configured platform-wide and shown in your Withdrawal → Settlement Details for every payout, so you always see precisely what was deducted.
Stay protected
Keep every conversation and payment on HobbyMart. Deals made off-platform aren't covered if something goes wrong.
